The text set out below is an official public offer to conclude a service agreement in accordance with clause 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Agreement is considered concluded and becomes effective from the moment you perform the actions provided for in the Offer and signify your unconditional adherence to all the terms of the Offer without any exceptions or restrictions.

Public offer for the provision of hotel services

1. General provisions

1.1 The Boutique Hotel Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel"), enters into this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with any person, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer". The Agreement is a service provision agreement concluded through a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), and regulates the procedure for the provision of services and obligations arising between the Contractor and the Customer. The text of the Agreement is available on the Internet at www.trezzinipalace.com and in the "Consumer's Corner" at the Hotel reception at 21 Universitetskaya Embankment, Saint Petersburg.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1 The subject of the Agreement is the booking and sale of hotel services to the Customer on the terms of the Offer approved by the Contractor of the Rules of Accommodation at the Palazzo Trezzini Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules of Accommodation") and in accordance with the rates published on the website www.trezzinipalace.com in the Booking section.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

3.1 The Customer has the right:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ), or by filling out the booking form on the Hotel's website, as well as by other means specified on the website www.trezzinipalace.com . At the same time, the Customer acknowledges that in the case of using the Contractor's service, he fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of the Offer, regardless of how the order was made.

3.1.2 To cancel an order or change an order only after agreeing with the Contractor in writing.

3.1.3 Independently verify the order information in the booking confirmation or request before booking hotel services. The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the use of the data used by him when placing the order.

3.1.4 Make full or partial payment for hotel services in accordance with the booking rules.

3.2 The Contractor has the right:

3.2.1 Require the Customer to adhere to all procedures for ordering and booking hotel services strictly according to the rules set out on the website www.trezzinipalace.com and in the Offer.

3.2.2 Require the Customer to fully agree to the terms of the Offer. To refuse to provide services to the Customer without agreeing to the terms of the Offer.

3.2.3 Withhold from the Customer or demand payment of a penalty and/or compensation for the damage caused in accordance with the Rules of Accommodation. At the same time, the Customer recognizes the Contractor's actions as fully legitimate and has no complaints.

3.2.4 Provide the Customer with information about the Hotel, the rules and conditions of stay, and payment methods.

3.2.5 Require the Customer to provide a guarantee of payment for hotel services in the form of a security payment (cash deposit) for the first day of stay at the Hotel or the full cost of the order, depending on the conditions of booking a room at the Hotel.

3.2.6 In case of guaranteed booking, in case of late cancellation by the Customer, late arrival or non-arrival of the Customer, deduct from the Customer, at the expense of the deposit, the penalty for downtime of the room in the amount of the fixed cost of each room for one day or the entire period, depending on the cancellation conditions specified at the time of booking.

3.2.7 If the Customer is late for a guaranteed reservation of more than a day, cancel the reservation, and in case of an unguaranteed reservation, cancel it if the Customer does not show up before 18.00 local time on the day of the expected arrival.

3.2.8 When booking, the Customer chooses the room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel. If possible, the Hotel takes into account the Customer's wishes regarding accommodation in a particular room.

3.2.9 In exceptional cases, if it is not possible to provide the Hotel room previously confirmed to the Customer, replace it with a room of the same or higher category without additional charge.

3.3 The Customer is obliged to:

3.3.1 Agree to the terms of the Offer.

3.3.2 Do not proceed to the booking process without first familiarizing yourself with the Rules of Accommodation. If the customer has started placing an order, the Contractor has the right to assume that the Customer is fully familiar with and agrees with the terms of the Offer and the Rules of Accommodation.

3.3.3 Provide reliable and up-to-date contact information during registration and booking (full name, number of guests, dates and times of arrival and departure, room category, contact information: phone number, e-mail).

3.3.4 Specify and verify the correctness of all necessary data for placing an order when ordering. If the Customer refuses to provide the necessary data, the Contractor has the right to refuse to place an order.

3.3.5 Prior to check–in, with a guaranteed reservation at the Hotel, provide the Contractor with a guarantee of payment for the cost of accommodation by providing a security payment - a cash deposit, a non-cash payment to the Contractor's account, or by providing the Customer with bank card data by filling out an authorization form to block the deposit amount with the Customer's consent and/or the possibility of subsequent debit from the Customer's bank card and/or penalties in case of non-arrival of the Customer or other confirmed violation of the Rules of Accommodation by the Customer. With a guaranteed reservation, a deposit can be made in the amount of 100% of the cost for the entire period of stay at the Hotel or in the amount of 100% of the cost for the first night of stay at the Hotel, followed by a deposit in the amount of the unpaid stay upon arrival.

3.4 The Contractor is obliged to:

3.4.1 Provide the Customer with the necessary information and instructions for placing the order.

3.4.2 Provide the Customer with information about the Hotel and payment methods.

3.4.3 No later than 24 hours after receiving the order, confirm the possibility of providing hotel services to the Customer, indicating their cost.

3.4.4 If it is impossible to book on the terms stated by the Customer, inform the Customer about it and offer a reservation on alternative terms.

3.4.5 Provide the hotel services to the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Offer, the Rules of Accommodation and the applicable legislation after proper booking and successful booking of hotel services.

3.4.6 Provide the Customer with the supporting documents after the actual payment of the hotel services.

4. Rules for canceling an order, changing an order, and refunding funds to the Customer

4.2 Changes to the confirmed booking request are considered confirmed after the notification has been sent by the Booking Customer, with mandatory confirmation by the Contractor of receipt of this notification. In this case, the Contractor may refuse a request for changes if they are not possible.

4.3 The Customer has the right to cancel the order at any time, in accordance with the requirements of the cancellation period. 4.4 Upon cancellation, the funds will be refunded to the Customer in accordance with the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking.

4.5 In case of a refund for a booking that was paid by bank card, the funds will be returned to the Customer on the card used for payment, cash withdrawal and transfer to other banking details are not possible. The receipt of funds to the Customer's checking account depends on the conditions of a particular bank.

5. The responsibility of the parties. Dispute resolution

5.1 The Customer represents the interests of all persons specified in the order and is personally responsible to the Contractor for the correctness of the information provided in the application about them, for the fulfillment by all persons of all obligations, including obligations to pay for the order and compensation in case of refusal to provide hotel services (including no-show at the Hotel).

5.2 The Contractor shall not be liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the services on its part or on the part of third parties resulting from the unreliability, insufficiency or untimeness of supporting information and documents provided by the Customer, as well as from other violations of the terms of the Offer on the part of the Customer.

5.3 The Contractor is not responsible for cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the terms of the Offer and the Rules of Accommodation in case of non-arrival or late arrival of the Customer at the Hotel and for any consequences related to the possible subsequent non-arrival of the Customer at the Hotel for this reason.
